COM: Chibi Nimfie

Really cute chibi. Blue is great color pick. Hair is nice, when there`s light and darker blue. It makes hair more lively.
Love it"s eyes, especially color and glitter. Blush on the cheeks make her cute. And that she`s holding rose ... I think she`s shy and romantic. I dont know are this meaned to describe sadness or shyness. Dress have interesting coloring, I like it. Also it`s great, when background isn`t most important thing on this. Chibi comes out about background. Seriously, really awesome work!
I rarely see good anime/manga work and it`s annoying!
